Joel Rayner has come off his new KTM250SX while training in Belgium

From the man himself…
"Yup well what happened is we were practising like everyday and we have a super short run up due to the small space of the stadium we'll be riding in. Pretty much we've geared our kato's up to a 51 on the rear sprocket (stock is 48) and you have to come out of the berm swinging off the throttle. I'd be jumping it fine for the last week or so but then first jump yesterday I came out of the berm proceeded to boot it and then we started to wheelie lol…
I had two choices either hit this thing doing a wheelie or shut it down and hope you pull up in time… We'll i didn't pull up in time and over the front of the ramp face first into the landings for the smaller jumps that run at 90 degrees to the main jump...The results being broken/dislocated right wrist and ligament damage. Had surgery last night and now have a screw and 3 pins holding my wrist together for the next 8 weeks"
Everyone at Slur Destructive wish's Joel a speedy recovery!
Keep a eye out for Joel's new Ad dropping in the next issue of Freerider magazine.
