About SLUR DESTRUCTIVE

Since the late nineteen hundreds, Australian born and bred Slur Destructive has been creating a unique flavour of clothing with fresh original designs.

Slur Destructive started from humble beginnings. T-shirts initially were limited and hard to find being distributed only through a single skate shop, all you needed to do was walk up the alley, knock on the door, utter the words ”Slur Destructive” and you had yourself a Slur Destructive Tee.

The brand grew, with it a loyal crew of supporters.

Originally devised as a do it yourself clothing label to fund and spread the word on an underground skate/moto video production, Slur Destructive evolved as did the demand for their t shirts. Slur Destructive was further responsible for a series of BMX, FMX events and several infamous partys.

In Late 1999, shooting began on their first full feature film, Slur Destructive-Damage Control. The film captured, skateboarding, hoons, carnage. The film also featured coming freestyle motorcross riders including Steve Mini, Cameron Sturtridge, and now world famous Robbie Maddison, throwing down his first ever backyard dirt to dirt backflip. Other cult moments included the now infamous ‘Chicka’ attempting a 70ft gap at the 2000 X games on a peewee 80 – ”TWO BROKEN ANKLES I PRESUME”.

Slur Destructive quickly gained high recognition for the craziness, no rules attitude and quality Australian rider representation.

Fast forward to the present – now with a fresh new flavour, Slur Destructive continues to produce its quality Australian brand of street inspired clothing sticking with its original roots, supporting those that support us.

So what ever your weapon of choice join the mutany on authority.
